投资28亿 扩建四平热电厂

　 刘新华介绍，四平热电公司隶属于中国电力投资集团公司，东部扩建端为二期扩建工程2台30万千瓦供热机组建设场地并规划预留三期工程2台60万千瓦机组再扩建场地。今年上半年四平热电公司完成年发电任务进度的66.97%。刘新华指着一座已经初具规模的主厂房介绍，未来它将为供热机组服务，这个项目预计总投资28亿元，将于2010年4季度建成投产。

　 二期扩建工程项目投产后可替代四平市市区内小烟囱169座、小锅炉206台，每年可节约标准煤56.46万吨。据了解，四平热电公司自投产运营以来，累计上缴税金8亿元。
