所谓经济租用房,即由政府提供政策支持,用市场的办法建设和经营,房租略低于市场价格,均为小户型,供给对象主要为当地中等收入家庭,同时要求租用对象必须是自住。

北京市建委主任隋振江列席北京市第十三届人民代表大会第一次会议时亦对媒体透露,有关部门正研究经济适用房和两限商品房租售并举的政策,而《北京市两限房管理办法》将于春节前后向社会公开征求意见。
