  贷款买房就得交强制保险,这一做法始于1998年,一直遭到买房者的质疑。厦门近日在取消房贷险上有了突破,厦门建行11日正式宣布,即日起取消纯自营性个人房贷强制抵押房产保险。也就是说,今后,客户在厦门建行以房产抵押担保方式申请按揭贷款时,可以自主选择是否购买房贷险。

  根据建行的规定,客户购买房产并在建行办理自营性按揭贷款的,都可以享受这一新举措,包括一手房、二手房、住房和商业用房的贷款,但不包括公积金贷款和组合贷款。

  取消强制性房贷险,对购房者来说,既节省了保费支出,又简化了办理贷款的手续。厦门建行住房金融与个人信贷部总经理黄华红说,以一笔50万20年的房贷为例,如果要保险的,按基准费率保费大概要7000多元,如果有打折,基本也要5000多元,取消强制房贷险,客户可以自由选择,如果选择不保,这笔费用就可以省下了。

  至于已经贷款并办了房贷险的客户,建行的答复是,老客户执行老政策,新客户执行新政策。
