  据介绍,为贯彻执行国家新的《经济适用住房管理办法》,我市已从今年6月1日起暂停办理经济适用房准购证。目前,经济适用住房新政策刚刚出台,现主要将原已核发的准购证对照新政策进行清理。待清理工作告一段落后,房管部门会及时恢复受理经济适用住房准购证申请,具体时间市房改办近期将在杭州日报上公告。

  依据新规定,本政策前已经购买和签订买卖合同或摇号后已选房的家庭,将按原规定执行。已领取准购证但尚未购买的则分别对待:已婚无房户、年龄已满35周岁的单身无房户、现住房建筑面积48平方米(含所有住房)及以下住房困难职工和居民,优先供应经济适用住房。其他已领准购证但不符合上述3个条件之一者,目前暂缓参加预登记和选房,待真正住房困难者解决完后,再视房源供应情况另行通知。也就是说,已核发的准购证不会作废......More
